On Wednesday, December 13th, 2023, the Ambassador and General Consul of Panama in Greece, H.E. Ms. Julie Lymberopulos, organized and hosted cordially a Christmas Lunch at Her Excellency’s Residence, with special guests the Women Ambassadors accredited to the Hellenic Republic and the Honorable Mrs. Dionysia – Theodora Avgerinopoulou, Member of the Hellenic Parliament and Chairman of the Special Permanent Committee on Environmental Protection.
During the lunch, the Women Ambassadors who were present at the event, had the chance to meet Mrs. Dionysia – Theodora Avgerinopoulou and discuss about the upcoming 9th Our Ocean Conference, which will take place from 15-17 April 2024 in Athens, Greece and the impacts of climate change, overfishing and marine pollution.
The conversation between Mrs. Avgerinopoulou and the Women Ambassadors was carried out in an atmosphere of mutual appreciation and sympathy.
